Please be aware:
- Returns will only be accepted within 14 days from purchase
- Items must appear unused and untampered with unless faulty
- We reserve the right to refuse a return under this policy, if the goods are not in a re-saleable, as sold condition. As sold condition means that the goods are unopened, in their original packaging with all documentation, and the item and its packaging are undamaged and unused.
Returns must be shipped back to us tracked/signed at the buyer’s expense. Please ensure the invoice stays with the returns. Once received, returns will be reviewed, so please allow 5-7 working days for us to process this. All returns are subject to product refund excluding shipping costs.
Please note that when you return a product it is very important to enclose the order number as well as your name and address.
